Summary:

We hope everyone is taking care, and having a great Spring! Thank you to all of you that have been joining us for our public events. We had an amazing virtual convening on mycology for the Tropical Fungi Summit, led by our fellow Rheanna Chen, that convened mycology experts from Trinidad, the USA, and several other locations around the world. We are excited for our next fellow event, “Who Cares?”, a panel part of this Circular City Week brought to you by Sam Bennet and Leila Behjat that will explore circularity, repair, upkeep from a design and architecture perspective. Our events have been beautifully coordinated and made possible by the newest addition to The Maintainers team, Liliana Coelho, our community outreach and events coordinator.

Aside from the events, our fellows have been sharing their research and perspectives in their thoughtful blog posts, all linked below. We are so grateful to collaborate with such wonderful people, and can’t wait to continue to share their work with you all!
