The Maintainers 2023 Movement Fellowship is a year-long fellowship to advance the movement for maintenance thinking and action. The fellowship brings together a group of individuals who are interested in identifying where this work is already happening. During the fellowship, each fellow focused on a different pathway, including maintaining localities (Jennah Jones), maintaining public health (Himani Kulkarni), maintenance cultures (Mathew Lubari), and maintainers in the workplace (Terra Graziani, in partnership with United for ALICE).
Through The Maintainers Movement Fellowship program, The Maintainers aim to support work that advances equitable maintenance and repair policies; enable meaningful experiences for collaborative knowledge production; and develop a clear set of action priorities that will be published broadly and inform the future work of The Maintainers.
